For everyone from fragile newborns to complex cardiovascular patients, CLRMC ensures Bay Area residents continue to receive the highest quality medical care just minutes from home. Since construction of the original 300-bed hospital, CLRMC has grown to become a 482-bed tertiary regional referral center offering a comprehensive array of medical services for the region's growing population.
A lot of exciting things are happening at CLRMC, including construction of The Heart Hospital which will provide nationally recognized cardiac care close to home in a beautiful new setting. The 255,000 square-foot expansion is linked to the existing hospital by a second-story glass pedestrian skyway and will offer private inpatient rooms for cardiac patients.
