Reed Custom Homes is a member of RWC, the 10-year Homeowner’s Warranty Program. Reed Custom Homes was founded over 44 years ago by Bill Reed. Mr. Reed was an active member of the Greater Houston Builders Association since 1964. He was one of the eight original custom homebuilders with Friendswood Development Company in Clear Lake City.
