Bill and Mark have been in the Santa Fe and Alvin area since 1991. Castle Estates and Santa Fe Trails in Santa Fe, TX, as well as Royal Estates and a new 88-lot subdivision in Alvin, TX are among their accomplishments.
Bilmar Homes treats each of its customers as family. Bill and Mark personally help their customers with design and provides them time with a professional interior designer. Bilmar Homes is involved in selecting appliances, lights and flooring, making the custom homebuilding process easier on the customer.Bilmar homes is a member of the Greater Houston Builders Association, the Galveston County Builders Association, both Santa Fe and Hitchcock Chambers of Commerce as well as a State of Texas Registered Builder.
